ACD Systems Announces Distribution Agreement with RealView3D
ACD offers consumers another innovative digital imaging plug-in
Victoria, British Columbia – June 6, 2002 - ACD Systems International Inc. (TSE:ASA), the digital imaging company, today announced the distribution of RealView3D’s RealOptimizer through its powerful Electronic Sales and Distribution (ESD) channel as well as other proven marketing vehicles.
RealOptimizer is a plug-in that optimizes images for uploading to web sites or e-mail and extends the capabilities of ACD Systems’ award-winning digital imaging software, ACDSee™.
RealOptimizer enables consumers and professionals to change the file size and/or image size of JPEG, GIF, BMP, TIFF & GIF images, from within ACDSee. Images can be optimized manually or in batch mode with RealOptimizer providing a fast and easy way to optimize images for uploading to web sites, e-mail, or other file sharing locations. RealOptimizer extends the optimizing features in ACDSee as it provides a real-time preview of the altered image, as the user alters the image settings.
